BridgeMill Citizens Assembly

BridgeMill is a community of more than 800 single-family homes and townhomes in Indian Land, South Carolina, about 25 miles from Uptown Charlotte. Neighbors enjoy two pools, a clubhouse with a fitness center and common room, three playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a dog park, and a pond with a walking trail.

Amenities

Two pools (the clubhouse pool, with a slide and a zero-entry toddler splash pad, and the Reynolds Drive pool), a clubhouse with a fitness center and common room, three playgrounds (at the clubhouse, at the Reynolds Drive pool and on Cameron Lane), three tennis courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a dog park, dog waste stations throughout the community, and a pond with a walking trail.

Access uses key fobs. To enable a fob left by the previous owner or received at closing, contact the community manager, Heather Ziranski, at (980) 312-5591.

Yes. Residents can reserve the clubhouse main floor and other amenities. Contact the community manager for availability and instructions.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, by appointment only. Closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The office is at 7135 Harcourt Crossing, Indian Land, SC 29707.

Living in BridgeMill

Residential garbage is collected by Active Waste Solutions (704-626-7400) or Waste Connections (844-708-7274). Lancaster County runs the Indian Land Waste and Recycling Center at 9301 Northfield Drive, Indian Land, SC 29707.

Water and sewer: Lancaster County Water and Sewer District, 803-285-6919. Electric: York Electric Cooperative (803-684-4248) or Duke Energy (800-777-9898), depending on your location. Gas: Lancaster County Natural Gas Authority, 803-548-4777. Internet: Spectrum or Comporium.

Lancaster County School District (803-286-6972): Indian Land Elementary (K-4), Indian Land Intermediate (5-6), Indian Land Middle (7-8) and Indian Land High (9-12).
